The school site is made up of three buildings dating from the end of the 19th century. It spreads over 4300 m2. The budget for the total renovation is $11 million.

’’La Seine musicale’’ is the latest opera of Paris. The new musical scene has for vocation to resonate nationally and internationally. This symbol of culture offers a big stage dedicated to contemporary amplified music (seating 4000), an auditorium for classical music (seating 1150), recording studios, rehearsal rooms, restaurants, shops, leisure areas….
The auditorium looks like a boat floating on the river Seine, ornamented by a big sale made of solar panels following the course of the sun. They intend to be the new symbol of the West entry of Paris and to reflect the cultural influence of the site.
